National Mental Health Day

Life is better together.

I pledge to promote awareness and support the cause of mental health. I want to be a person who does not ignore the needs, does not isolate the people, and loves those who need it most, even when it’s harder to love. Most of all, I want to continue the conversation and raise my hand that we all need help and life is better together.

Together, we are better and stronger.

#BowTieDay

On October 10th wear a bow tie or attach a bow tie to something and spread awareness and show your support. Why a bow tie? A bow tie represents a confidence, willingness to be different and an embrace of style. Mental health is something we embrace with a humble confidence.
